Evidently a new to me exercise craze is sweeping the country. I expect Sals runners to be doing similar routines on the canal path soon, especially when the weather gets cooler and we are once again wearing tights.
It's difficult to explain, the video will provide all the information necessary.

ReplyDeleteI have it, my new career path! I will put paths around my horse fields so that prancers may better understand how the horse moves by watching them and then mimic their movement. Put in a KOA next door, include a juice bar that includes a nice, green juice, and you have the perfect prancing gettaway!
